About HotelAdvice.com

HotelAdvice.com was founded back in the year of 1997, by 'hotel people' to book hotel reservations, worldwide.

Having worked in hotels, managed and owned hotels, its formers - who are still running the company today - are using a vast knowledge of 'travel-industry' expertise and contacts to produce a website consisting advanced technology, and discounted hotel pricing.

Free to you, inexpensive hotel prices

The idea was to produce a website that was completely free for customers to use, without expensive travel agency commissions that sometimes are added to the cost. This means:
· Customers never pay HotelAdvice.com.
· We never increase hotel prices for profit.
· Room rates are much cheaper.

HotelAdvice funding comes from the hotels themselves.

Online bookings, direct to the hotel

We then produced an 'online computer reservations system' (http://www.HotelAdvice.com), with the idea to link the hotels and the consumer directly, 'cutting out the middle man'. The advantages are that:
· Prices are the latest and lowest available.
· Hotel information is the most recent and up-to-date.
· Minimal error - the hotels update this information directly, available 24-hours a day, 7-days per week.

· Fast & efficient 'search results', listing hotels AVAILABLE for dates.
· 24-hours a day, 7-days per week - never wait for answers again.
· Instant confirmations, online amendments/cancellations.
· Featured hotels, recommendations and discounted pricing.

Call centre/Customer care

It is important to remember that our priority first and foremost is the need for a 'personal' service. There are the advantages of booking fast and online directly, yet we still maintain our thorough checks and follow-ups, sales and reservation offices - meaning that a member of our team at some point handles every transaction. Our telephone number is always available.

The call centre is open 7-days per week, always at hand to assist hotels, customers and to offer advice, recommendations and to make reservations. All staff are fully trained with all aspects of the industry and are assigned per country, able to visit the hotels that they offer, and able to give what we believe to be a high level of brand knowledge and customer service.

Expansion

HotelAdvice.com are now operating from 3 call centres/offices in Central Europe, two in London and one Copenhagen, and are increasing hotels, cities and new destinations fast.
